1. Background
of Study
School is store house of education. It is second home
of people. School is outcome of society to teach formal education. So we need
school to learn and gain the things.
School has been made with students and teachers. This
is the way of formal education. So we have discussed about the teaching and its
benefits in the school. School is the outstanding place of every human being.
Among the schools of Kathmandu, I am going to research
the school of Kalanki. It is named as Cambridge International Boarding School.
It was established in 1999 in Kalanki, Kathmandu.
The school is beautiful and advance in the Kathmandu.
The school is developed its level in Campus level. All the staffs and the
students are good and educated. This school is highly reputed school. It has
advanced management and education.
`Seeing the administrative organization, we see the
history of school with different personalities. The administrative organization
is situated in this way.

Source of data
In
order to make this case study I take both primary and secondary sources. The
Primary sources are got by Parvakar Paneru, Tikaram Neupane and Kapil sir. The
secondary source of data is by school observation and academic documents. I
have consulted the source of data for this case study.

The school is nice and it is in advance
level. It has good amount of land. It has facilities too. The appropriate
furniture is there. Good students are there. The staffs are there. The
