1. Background
of the study
As Dobshansky has explained "Every
person is indeed biologically and genetically different". Every people
have distinct nature and form. No one should have achievement same from the
children. The children are not interested in the same thing.
Effective teaching-learning is work
of trained teaches which is affected with various reasons. The appropriate
education, family, society and motivation affect the achievement of the
students.
This paper is Case Study Report. It
states the case study of grade 10 who is good and disciplined student. He is
Manoj Giri who is interested to learn.
A good teacher has to read every page
of student. Learning is not only to read but it is the study of student in
practical life. Only the theoretical knowledge is not sufficient. So need of
practical study is needed. The good teacher presents the theoretical knowledge
of students with practical viewpoint.
The student of education faculty
should present the practical knowledge. It is for B.Ed students to show the
practical teaching of 100 marks as practical exam. Beside teaching B.Ed
students I have to do practical performance. Case study is one of them. It is
of a student for whom we study. The student is good and talent.
I am teaching in Cambridge
International Boarding H.S. I have chosen a boy 'Manoj Giri' for case student.

detail. This case study helps to give proper suggestion for achieving good
